If, after inspection, you determine that any item purchased from Batronix is not what you wanted, you may return it for a full refund providing:
1. The item is in new condition.
2. The item is in its original package, which must also be in new condition.
3. All parts, accessories, warranty cards, instructions, etc. are enclosed.
4. The item was not purchased more than 30 days before.
If you think your product is defect please contact our service first. In most cases only a handling mistake let the product seem to be defect. When you return a defective product, please include a detailed description of the defect. Defective products will be repaired or replaced with the same product. If the product is found not to be defective, it will be returned to you, and you will owe the return shipping on it.
Shipping instructions for returning products
Be sure the product being returned is carefully packaged with crumpled paper or foam for protection. We cannot be responsible for returned products that arrives damaged because it was not packed properly. Insurance is highly recommended. Return postage must be prepaid by the customer.
Preauthorization for returns is not required but the returned item must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. Please put the invoice into an envelope and fix this envelope on the packet outside. The invoice must be accessibly without opening the packet for tax reasons.
If the product was originally paid by credit card, a credit will be issued to the customer's credit card account for the amount of the products. PayPal payments will be refunded onto the PayPal account. Shipping and handling costs will not be reimbursed.
