Description

The Micsig tBook series is the world’s first full touch digital oscilloscope. The TO102+ with 100 MHz bandwidth and 1 GSa/s sampling rate ensures you have the performance you need. It aims to meet all kinds of requirements of the largest digital oscilloscope market segment from the communications, semiconductor, computing, aerospace defense, instrumentation, research/education, industrial electronics, consumer electronics and automotive industries with excellent technology and industry leading specifications.

This high performance standard not only ensures capturing real-time instantaneous signals, but also observes details of repeated signals. The TO102+ has a refresh rate of up to 250.000 wfms/s, enabling users to capture instantaneous signals, as well as abnormal signals more quickly. It also helps to enhance the waveform capturing ability and to expedite a circuit debug course.

The particularly large TFT color touch displays are very easy to read. Thanks to an intelligent system for displaying or masking information, the largest possible area is always available for displaying signals. The signal curves, the FFT display, and other functions can be shown simultaneously on the display.

Special Features

Deeper Memory Depth

The tBook series tablet touch oscilloscopes can store up to 90 million measurement points. You can zoom into a selected part of the captured waveforms to get more details and scroll within the measurement points.

Convenient Automatic Measurement Selection

The oscilloscope measures up to five parameters like rise- and fall-time, amplitude, pulse width, duty cycle and many more simultaneously. Simply swipe down the convenient measurement menu and select or deselect a parameter with a single finger tap.

Easy Zoom Control

It is very easy to locate the interesting part of a waveform in the huge memory by flicking right or left in the zoom area. The Zoom function can be easily enabled or disabled with a three finger swipe.

Cursor Measurement

Easy cursor positioning with one or two finger movement. Select the active cursor line with single finger taps and move the cursor lines simply with a single finger swipe for a coarse positioning or use two fingers for a fine positioning.

High Waveform Capture Rate

With the high waveform capture rate of 250.000 wfms/s (1 GSa/s devices) or 500.000 wfms/s (2 GSa/s devices) abnormal signals can be caught fast and accurately, which gives you the highest probability of capturing random and infrequent events. The picture shows a clock signal with some rare glitches. The upper half of the picture shows the signal with normal capture rate, the glitches are almost not visible. In the lower half the very high capture rate with shorter dead time makes these glitches visible.

2.8 GB Internal Flash Memory

It is possible to store waveforms and signal screenshots on the internal flash memory for later use. Waveform filenames can be entered comfortably with the touch keyboard.

Standard Math Operation

Five standard math operations are available: addition, substraction, multiplication, division and FFT. Available FFT windows are: Rectangle, Hamming, Blackman and Hanning.

Reference Waveforms

Waveforms stored on the internal flash memory can be loaded as reference waveform for convenient signal comparisons. Up to 4 different reference waveforms can be displayed simultaneously.
