The Rigol VS5062D is a PC based two channel digital storage oscilloscope with a 16 channel logic analyzer. The VS5062D offers up to 400 MSa/s real-time sample rate and up to 60 MHz bandwidth. The fully integrated logic analyzer offers up to 200 MSa/s.
The Rigol PC based oscilloscopes has powerful functions: up to 1M memory depth, with Ultrazoom function, it can enable users to observe details while survey the whole waveform; 7 trigger modes, adjustable trigger sensitivity, USB + LAN interfaces and other traditional functions of RIGOL oscilloscopes. The quality of the Rigol Oscilloscopes is comparable to Agilent and Tektronix oscilloscopes.
Special Features

Ultrazoom
You can sample up to 1 million measurement points with this oscilloscope. Easily zoom in and scroll within the signal. Survey macroscopically, observe microscopically.
Mixed Signal (Logic Analyzer) and Pattern Trigger
The Rigol VS5062D offers a real mixed signal mode. You can view both analog channels and 16 digital channels at the same time.
Adjustable Trigger Sensitivity
With the Rigol VS5062D oscilloscope you have the ability to filter noise from the signal avoids false triggers.
Alternate Trigger
Provides a true dual timebase display.
Slope Trigger
Triggers on the signals rise time or fall time is user defined.
Rising and Falling Edge Trigger
Mainly used to view eye-diagrams normally only available in more advanced DSO’s.
FFT (Fast Fourier Transformation)
The FFT function provides spectrum analysis function for users. Supported FFT algorithm: Rectangle, Hanning, Hamming, Blackman.
