This module is intended for chip tuning professionals of the automotive industry. Modifying an engine map requires very specific and a well-founded technical knowledge! A powerful automatic parameter field search was integrated in order to find the important engine management parameter fields in the chip quickly and easily.
A simple click starts an automatic search for 8 and 16 bit parameter fields. All parameter fields which are found are displayed in a list for quick access. The data in the parameter fields which were found can be viewed and modified in 2D and 3D in the hex editor. The word length and instance settings are automatically updated when the parameter field is selected.

Some parameter fields or data cannot be found automatically. If there is no "magic key" and you do not know the exact address of the desired data, then a manual search is the only remaining available approach.
For a manual data search, the data in the chip must be displayed in the search format. For this application, you can freely configure the axes in the 2D and 3D views.
In this case, being able to change the data addressing mode is also important. As soon as the desired values have been entered for all settings, specific values are much easier to find through use of the viewfinder bar.

The following video shows the fundamentals of using the chip tuner add-on module. Please note that the presented instance is a case study. In reality, additional steps may be necessary. For example, some control modules require adjustment or recalculation of the checksums. Specialized technical knowledge which is not part of the software and is not performed automatically is required for this modification.

Please notice that we offer 3 licenses for the Chip Tuner module.
The least restrictive one is the stand-alone full version offered below as Chip Tuner Module. Owners of a BX32 Batupo, BX32P Barlino or BX40 Bagero that are eligible to buy the discounted "Chip Tuner Module for BX32-BX40" license.
Owners of a BX48 Batego or a BX48 Batego II you are authorized to use the chip tuner module free of charge!
The latter two bundled licenses require an connected and matching programming device that acts as hardware dongle.
