Digital Oscilloscopes
With the InfiniiVision oscilloscope series 1000 X, 3000T X, 4000 X and 6000 X, Keysight offers a broad oscilloscope portfolio for every application. Data Acquisition System

The internal auto-ranging DMM directly measures 14 different functions, eliminating the need for expensive external signal conditioning.
