The Best Price Guarantee does not apply to offers from remaining or excess stock, or to offers from countries outside the EU.

2. 30-Day Return Policy

We grant all customers (including commercial customers) a 30-day right of return from the date of receipt of the goods. If you are not a 100 % satisfied with a product, you can simply return it and we will refund the purchase price. Please ensure that the goods are returned to us in the original packaging, with all accessories and without any signs of use or persistent 'odors'! Excluded from the extended right of return are device options that you have installed/activated, ICs and special items that have been procured specifically for you. These terms and conditions apply only to our extended right of return. The conditions for the statutory right of withdrawal remain unaffected and can be found in our General Terms and Conditions.

We keep a large number of the most popular products in stock. This means that we can dispatch most orders as soon as we receive them. Please note the stock icons on each product. We ship carbon neutral with DHL GOGREEN and UPS Carbon Neutral and use environmentally friendly and sustainable packaging materials. We offer standard, cash on delivery and express shipping with DHL and UPS. The online shop will show you the available shipping methods and costs for your delivery address during the checkout process. We ship worldwide and have shipped to over 150 countries in recent years. If your company has a contract with a shipping company such as DHL, UPS, Fedex or TNT, you can arrange for them to collect your order at your expense after contacting our customer service. You can also collect your order from us in person. In this case, please discuss your visit with our support team as we do not operate a physical retail shop.

6. Free Shipping

We charge no shipping costs for orders over 200 Euros (net) within all EU countries. This applies to standard deliveries by DHL and UPS. Express and C.O.D. deliveries are excluded. For orders below this value, and for deliveries outside these countries, our online store will only charge you a fair delivery charge based on our own costs. 7. Convenient Payment Methods

You can choose between payment on prepayment (with 1 % discount), PayPal, credit card, instant transfer and cash on delivery. We currently offer payment on account (after delivery) for customers in Belgium, Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands, Austria and Switzerland. It is available to both private and business customers and can be used by new customers without prior registration. We reserve the right to refuse payment on account and offer you one of our other payment methods if the credit check is negative. Invoices must be paid in full by bank transfer within 30 days of receipt of goods.
