2. 30-Day Return Policy

We offer all customers, including business customers, a 30-day return policy starting from the date the goods are received. If you are not 100% satisfied with a product, simply return it and we will refund the purchase price.

Please return the product in its original packaging, with all accessories, and without signs of use or persistent odors.

Our extended return policy does not apply to device options that have already been installed or activated, ICs, or special-order items purchased specifically for you.

These terms apply only to our extended return policy. Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected. Please refer to our General Terms and Conditions for details.

5. Fast & Carbon-Neutral Shipping

We keep many of our most popular products in stock, allowing us to ship most orders immediately after they are received. Please check the stock status shown on each product page.

We ship carbon-neutral with DHL GoGreen and UPS Carbon Neutral and use environmentally friendly, sustainable packaging materials whenever possible.

Standard, cash-on-delivery, and express shipping options are available through DHL and UPS. Available shipping methods and costs for your delivery address are displayed during checkout. We ship worldwide and have delivered orders to more than 150 countries.

If your company has its own account with a carrier such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, or TNT, you may arrange pickup at your expense after coordinating with our customer service team. Orders can also be picked up directly from our location. Please contact our support team before visiting, as we do not operate a retail storefront.

6. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders with a net merchandise value of €200 or more within Germany and to the following neighboring EU countries: Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland, and the Czech Republic. The required gross order value depends on the VAT rate applicable to the shipment.

Free shipping applies to standard DHL and UPS shipments. Express and cash-on-delivery shipments are excluded.

For orders below €200 net and deliveries to all other countries, shipping fees are calculated based on our actual shipping costs. You can check shipping costs at any time using our online shipping cost calculator without first adding products to your shopping cart.

7. Convenient Payment Methods

You can choose from payment by invoice, advance payment with a 1% discount, PayPal, credit card, and cash on delivery.

Payment by invoice after delivery is currently available to customers in Belgium, Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands, Austria, and Switzerland. It is available to both private and business customers, including new customers without prior registration. We reserve the right to decline payment by invoice if the credit check is unsuccessful and to offer an alternative payment method instead. Invoices must be paid in full by bank transfer within 30 days of receiving the goods.
