The R&S® Scope Rider RTH1000 combines the power and functionality of a laboratory oscilloscope with the form factor and robustness of a battery-powered portable one, making it the ideal tool for debugging embedded designs in the laboratory and analyzing complex problems in the field.

  • 60 to 500 MHz bandwidth (upgradable)
  • 1.25 GSa/s each channel (5 GSa/s interleaved)
