The Sensepeek SQG series: perfect for testing and measuring
A free hand is often required for measurements and tests. The Swedish company Sensepeek has developed flexible and user-friendly solutions of outstanding quality for hands-free measurements for many years. The SQG series is manufacturer- and device-independent and can be used with various instruments such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, vector network analyzers and more RF measurement instruments. A new feature are the double ground tips, which are perfect for use with PCB-mounted RF connectors.
The SQG series comprises hands-free high-frequency probes for AC and DC applications with frequencies up to 6 GHz.
Compared to conventional probes, the SQG series probes from Sensepeek offer several important advantages:
- Hands-free operation allows you to perform high-frequency measurements without having to hold the probe at all times, which increases significantly improves reproducibility, accuracy and efficiency and avoids complex setups or soldering operations on the DUT.
- The low capacitance at the probe tip minimises capacitive loading and signal distortion on sensitive circuits.
- The very flat frequency response (+/- 0.5 dB) enables accurate measurements over a wide frequency range.
- Whether for oscilloscopes, network analysers or other measuring instruments - the SQG series is flexible and can be used with various instruments.
