SDS6000A Oscilloscopes
The Siglent SDS6000A series Digital Storage Oscilloscopes are available in bandwidths of 2 GHz, 1 GHz and 500 MHz, have a maximum sample rate of 5 GSa/s, maximum record length of 500 Mpts.
For the SDS6000A range, serial decoding (I²S, CANFD, FlexRay and MIL-STD-1553B, SENT, Manchester), a built-in 1 channel waveform generator at 25 MHz (125 MSa/s) and an additional built-in 16 channel logic analyzer can also be added with a software code.
Serial decoders for I²C, SPI, RS232/UART, CAN and LIN are already included!
The Siglent SDS6000A supports the eye measurement for all the analog channels, and also provides measurement for several parameters of the eye diagram.
