SDS3000X HD Oscilloscopes
The SDS3000X HD oscilloscopes are available in bandwidths of 350 MHz - 1 GHz, have a maximum sample rate of 4 GSa/s, 12-bit analog-digital converters and a maximum record length of 400 Mpts.
The SDS3000X HD has a built-in 1 channel waveform generator at 50 MHz (125 MSa/s) and an additional built-in 16 channel logic analyzer can also be added with a software code.
Serial decoders for I²C, SPI, RS232/UART, CAN and LIN are already included!
