When developing the Magnova, we deliberately broke new ground. It is not just another oscilloscope - every detail has been rethought from the ground up to fulfil the highest demands.

Unique

The innovative Flex-Encoder® operating concept revolutionises control: the rotary encoders adapt dynamically to your tasks and enable intuitive operation of a wide range of parameters. The steplessly tiltable metal housing offers maximum flexibility, while the laterally positioned connections ensure optimum cable routing and keep your workplace tidy.

Precise

With 12-bit AD converters and a particularly low-noise front end, the Magnova sets new standards in signal processing. The 15.6’ touch monitor in full HD resolution and digital triggering guarantee maximum precision and clarity - perfection for your workplace.

Fast

The Magnova impresses with its impressive speed: it responds immediately and smoothly, even with demanding analysis functions. With the display of 300,000 measurement curves per second (up to 12 million wfms/s in history mode) and a trigger-rearm time of less than 70 ns, it offers lightning-fast data processing.

Silent

Thanks to an innovative heat dissipation system, in which the largest heat sources are thermally connected directly to the metal housing, the Magnova remains silent at room temperatures of up to 35 °C. The fan remains off and you can concentrate on your work undisturbed.

The function generator module extends the Magnova oscilloscope with versatile signal generation functions. Signals with 1 μHz to 90 MHz can be generated at a sampling rate of up to 400 MSa/s, a resolution of 14 bits and amplitudes of up to 20 Vpp.

In addition to numerous standard signal shapes, freely definable arbitrary signals, modulations, sweep and burst signals as well as noise overlays are also supported. The module can be easily installed on the back of the Magnova at any time.
