SDS5000L Oscilloscopes
SIGLENT's high-resolution digital storage oscilloscopes in the SDS5000L series are available with 8 channels, and with bandwidths of 350 MHz, 500 MHz or 1 GHz. Bandwidth upgrades to 500 MHz and 1 GHz are available for the 350 MHz and 500 MHz models. The 12-bit analogue-to-digital converters deliver a sampling rate of up to 5 GSa/s and a maximum recording length of 2.5 Gpts per channel.
Serial decoders for I²C, SPI, RS232/UART, CAN and LIN are included as standard, and additional decoders can be activated via a software licence.
The oscilloscope can control either the external function generator module SAG1021L or a stand-alone SIGLENT SDG generator to scan the amplitude and phase frequency response of the device under test, displaying the data as a Bode plot. This can replace expensive network analysers in some applications.
