4. Fast and Flexible Shipping
Almost all of the products we offer are constantly on hand in our warehouse in sufficiently large quantities. This allows us to fill orders as soon as we receive them, without having to order the devices first like some other dealers. Note the warehouse icons which you can find beside every product.
We can offer you standard, COD or express shipping with DHL or shipment via Deutsche Post (German mail corporation). During the order process, the online shop shows you the shipping methods and costs which are available for your delivery address.
We can ship all over the world and have already shipped to over 110 countries in the last few years.
If your company has a contract with a shipping company such as DHL, UPS, Fedex, or TNT, you can have them pick up your order at your expense after talking to our customer service.
Naturally, you can also pick up your order in person at our location. In this case, please arrange your visit with our support staff ahead of time since we do not operate a retail store.
5. Fair Shipping Costs
For orders above 400 Euro, we do not charge for shipping anywhere within all countries of the EU! This applies for standard shipments using the parcel courier DHL (not DHL Express and not COD).
For orders below this amount and for shipments outside of these countries, our online shop calculates fair shipping costs based on our own costs.

6. Many payment options
We accept payment via credit card, bank transfer, PayPal or COD. We are also glad to ship orders on account within Germany.
Ordering on account is also possible for new customers without prior registration. We reserve the right to refuse shipments on account and offer you one of our other payment methods in case of a poor credit check. The invoice must be paid within 14 days after receipt of the goods per bank transfer without applying any discounts.
7. No Minimum Order Amount
We always welcome you as a customer, even for small orders. This allows you to, for example, simply order small items which may have been forgotten without having to worry about a minimum order amount.
8. 30 Day Trial Period
We offer you a trial period of 30 days for most devices. If you are not 100% satisfied with the product, you can simply send it back within 30 days of delivery and we will refund the purchase price.
9. Best Customer Service
We continue to be there for you after your purchase. If any questions arise, please do not hesitate to contact us. If a device should happen to fail, we vouch for the device warranty and ensure a fast repair, or promptly send you a replacement unit.
