SDS2000X Plus Oscilloscopes
The Siglent SDS2000X Plus Digital Storage Oscilloscopes are available in bandwidths of 100 MHz - 500 MHz, have a maximum sample rate of 2 GSa/s, maximum record length of 200 Mpts, and display up to 4 analog channels + 16 digital channels mixed signal analysis ability.
For the SDS2000X Plus range a built-in 1 channel waveform generator at 50 MHz (125 MSa/s) and an additional built-in 16 channel logic analyzer can also be added with a software code.
Serial decoders for I²C, SPI, RS232/UART, CAN and LIN are already included!
