The Siglent SDS2000X-E is a very high quality two channel digital storage oscilloscope. It features a real-time sample rate of up to 2 GSa/s and a bandwidth of up to 350 MHz along with a standard record length of 28 Mpts.
Serial decoders for I²C, SPI, RS232/UART, CAN and LIN are already included!
Upgradable to a MSO with a 16 channel logic analyzer and 1 channel waveform generator.
