The SSG5000X-PT pulse train generator and the 10M_OCXO_L high stability reference clock source are available as options. Please note that the reference clock source must be installed and calibrated directly at the Siglent factory.

Description

SIGLENT’S SSG5000X series of signal generators have a frequency range of 9 kHz to 4 GHz/6 GHz. They provide normal analog modulation such as AM, FM, and PM. They also provide pulse modulation and pulse train generator.

The X-V-models feature a function generator, they can generate IQ modulated signals.

With their high accuracy and pure outputs, the SSG5000X series is the right choice for R&D, education, and manufacturing.
