Rigol DG6000 Waveform Generators
The Rigol DG6000 series comprises four high-voltage differential function/arbitrary signal generators with a bandwidth of 500 MHz or 1 GHz, a sampling rate of 2.5 GSa/s, and a vertical resolution of 16 bits. Three switchable output modes (HBW for maximum bandwidth up to 1 GHz, AMP for high-amplitude differential outputs up to 20 Vpp, and SND for standard single-ended operation) eliminate the need for external power amplifiers or baluns. This simplifies the test chain and reduces costs. With a memory for arbitrary waveforms of up to 256 Mpts/CH (512 Mpts/CH optional), advanced output types such as IQ, PRBS, Pattern, and Sequence, as well as a 10.1-inch HD touchscreen, the instruments cover the areas of power semiconductor testing, high-speed digital circuit verification, automotive bus simulation, and advanced measurement options. All channels feature full galvanic isolation, ensuring clean signal output without ground loops.
