The BMO350-LAB combines the most powerful Magnova extensions into a versatile measurementplatform for demanding development and laboratory work.
With 350 MHz bandwidth, 16 digital channels provided by two BMO-MSO logic probes, the BMO- AWG function generator and the BMO-FS foot switch, it offers exceptional flexibility for analysis, characterization and troubleshooting. Analog and digital measurements, protocol analysis, signal generation and frequency response analysis work together within a single user environment.
The included BMO-FS foot switch supports efficient laboratory workflows. Measurements can be triggered, saved or documented without removing hands from the DUT, probes or test setup.

The BMO350-LAB combines the most capable Magnova configuration in a single package. With 350 MHz bandwidth, 16 digital channels, the integrated BMO-AWG function generator, and the BMO-FS foot switch, signal generation, mixed-signal analysis, and advanced measurement capabilities are available within one seamless working environment.
Development, verification, and laboratory analysis can all be performed without switching between instruments or software. Every tool works together as part of a continuous measurement workflow—from generating the first test signal to completing the final analysis.
Two BMO-MSO logic probes expand the Magnova to a total of 16 digital channels. Analog signals, communication interfaces, and digital control lines can be displayed, decoded, and analyzed simultaneously.
Many development challenges only become apparent when analog and digital signals are viewed together. The BMO350-LAB keeps these relationships visible within the same time context, enabling efficient troubleshooting across complete electronic systems.
The large 15.6-inch Full HD touchscreen provides ample space for analog channels, digital channels, protocol decoders, FFT spectra, Bode plots, and comprehensive measurement results.
Even demanding measurement setups remain well organized. Multiple analysis tools can be used simultaneously without switching between different views, making the Magnova equally well suited for development, laboratory work, and research.
The Magnova performs triggering entirely in the digital domain using the acquired measurement data, enabling exceptionally precise detection of even the smallest signal events.
For complex measurements involving both analog and digital signals, engineers benefit from high trigger accuracy, adjustable hysteresis, and reproducible results. Even infrequent events can be captured and analyzed reliably.
High-performance 12-bit analog-to-digital converters, a powerful 16-bit system architecture, and an exceptionally low-noise front end ensure outstanding signal fidelity across the entire dynamic range.
Small signal components, interference, and subtle waveform details remain clearly visible, enabling precise measurements in both the time and frequency domains. This provides the foundation for demanding development, research, and laboratory applications.
With up to four simultaneous FFT channels, waterfall display, peak tables, and markers, the Magnova provides powerful tools for frequency-domain analysis.
Combined with the integrated BMO-AWG, automated Bode plots make it possible to evaluate gain and phase characteristics directly within the same environment. Time-domain, frequency-domain, and transfer-function analysis can therefore be performed side by side as part of one continuous workflow.
With up to four independent counter and digital voltmeter (DVM) instances together with integrated trend charts, the Magnova supports high-resolution long-term measurements as well as continuous monitoring of frequency, voltage, and signal stability.
Drift, aging effects, and sporadic events can be documented and evaluated over extended periods, making the BMO350-LAB equally suitable for development, validation, endurance testing, and research projects.
Here you will find the videos we have already published on the Batronix Magnova oscilloscope. They show various functions of the Magnova – from FFT and decoding to generator functions and Bode plot measurements.
Most of the videos were recorded directly via the Magnova's DisplayPort output using video capture. They show the behavior and display that can also be seen on the device's screen. In the videos, we use a mouse for operation so that a clearly visible mouse pointer is available. Operation via the Magnova's touch display works in much the same way.
