The HIKMICRO SP40-L6 is a dual-optic thermal imaging camera with automatic/manual focus from 0.15 to 2 metres (depending on the model selected) for capturing thermal and normal images. HIKMICRO SuperIR image optimisation technology scales stored thermal images from 480 x 360 (172,800 pixels) to a resolution of 960 x 720 (691,200 pixels). Detection of temperature changes and real-time measurement for the central, hot and cold points respectively.
Ten spots, one line, five rectangles and five circles can be customised. Eight colour palettes are available for display, as well as five image variants: thermal, optical, fusion, PIP and crossfade. The device offers five focus methods: automatic focus, continuous autofocus, manual focus, autofocus, touch autofocus and laser-assisted autofocus. The high frame rate of 30 Hz guarantees smooth recordings when panning.
Each recording can be annotated with either a voice memo of up to 60 seconds, a QR code or a text memo of up to 200 characters. The additional compass/GPS function of the SP series offers the option of saving the exact location when measuring outdoors, which is important for comparative measurements (e.g. after repair or replacement of installations, improved or additional insulation of buildings) in order to be able to accurately assess the effectiveness of the measures taken.
The device supports live view, snapshots, etc. The 128 GB SD card memory offers space for approx. 130,000 images or 420 hours of MP4 videos (72 hours of radiometric videos). The HDMI interface enables further display via large screens and projectors.
The SP series cameras come with 2 batteries and a dual charging station in a sturdy carrying case, enabling an operating time of 8 hours. All models are equipped with an LED light and a laser rangefinder. Easily share images and videos via Wi-Fi and the HIKMICRO Viewer app, analyse images and create real-time reports on site. The camera can be mounted on a tripod using the UNC ¼"-20 thread; an adapter for other threads is available.
The optional attachment lenses available for the SP40, SP40H, SP60 and SP60H models extend the range of applications; 1 x standard, 1 x wide angle, 2 x telephoto and 2 x macro lenses are available.
The SPxxH models feature a particularly high measuring range (up to +2,200 °C) and can therefore also be used in industrial areas with very high working temperatures (e.g. blast furnaces).

Interchangeable lenses & add-on lenses
3 add-on lenses 0.5x, 2x, and 3.3x are available for choice. Different teleconverter gives different Field Of View, which gives more choices Interchangeable lenses allow you to pick the field of view for your inspections. Different lenses have different fields of view, giving you more options for different scenarios to see and capture more detailed images and to measure small problems more accurately.
Flexible Rotating Lens and Screen
The 90° rotating screen and the 180° rotating lens design help to easily view the area around, between, above, or below the target. Keeping a safe distance allows for equally flexible inspections.

An integrated laser distance meter provides accurate distance and area measurement from long distances, more convenient in setting parameters and generating the report.
