Description

The Siglent SDG1062X Plus is a 2 channel Function / Arbitrary Waveform Generator to create high quality signals up to 60 MHz (Sine). Beside the analog output, the device includes an USB-Host, an USB-device and a LAN interface. The Siglent function generators have a sophisticated and easy to use interface and offer multiple functions for all tasks. The menu navigation is very intuitive and all functions and parameters are easy to locate thanks to the graphical interface.

Easy Pulse Technology

The innovative EasyPulse technology is capable of generating lower jitter Square or Pulse waveforms, brings a wide range and extremely high precision in pulse width and rise/fall times adjustment. When a Square/Pulse waveform is generated by DDS, there will be a one-clock-jitter if the sampling rate is not an integer-related multiple of the output frequency. SDG1000X EasyPulse technology successfully overcomes this weakness in DDS designs and helps to produce low jitter Square/Pulse waveforms.

Rich Modulation Features

A wide range of analog and digital modulation modes are supported, including "internal" and "external" modulation. Supported modulation types: AM/DSB-AM/ FM/ PM/ ASK/ FSK/ PSK/ PWM Optional internal and external modulation sources.

Burst Function

Burst signal for sine, square, ramp, pulse or arbitrary waveforms can be generated. Start phase ranges from 0° to 360° and burst period ranges from 1µs to 1000s are supported, as well as two burst modes "N cycle" and "Gated”.

Sweep Function

Supports two sweep modes, frequency and amplitude, to easily implement frequency sweep and amplitude sweep tests. Supports two sweep type: linear and log, and three sweep directions of up, down and up_down. Three trigger sources are available: internal, external and manual.

Frequency Counter

The devices have a built-in high precision frequency counter with an input frequency range of 0.1 Hz to 200 MHz. Because of the separate input connector the frequency counter is independent of the two output channels.
