The Rigol DG6000 models are a series of high-voltage differential function/arbitrary signal generators featuring 2.5 GS/s, 16-bit resolution, and a maximum bandwidth of 500 MHz or 1 GHz. Each model features 2 or 4 differential channels (corresponding to 4 or 8 single-ended channels). The differential direct output goes up to 20 Vpp. The 350 ps rise time for square-wave signals and the high-frequency output up to 300 MHz set a new benchmark in time-domain measurement.
Possible applications:
Three output modes are available to suit a wide range of applications. The HBW (High Bandwidth) mode provides maximum bandwidth of up to 1 GHz, making it ideal for high-frequency signal transmission. The AMP (High Amplitude) mode delivers a high differential output amplitude of up to 20 Vpp, which is suitable for applications requiring strong signal levels. Additionally, the SND (Single-Ended) mode offers a standard single-ended output for conventional use cases.
