Powerful RF performance for everyday use
The DNA5000/6000 series covers a wide frequency range from 5 kHz to 26.5 GHz and is available with two or four test ports, depending on the model—ideal for measurements on filters, antennas, cables, materials, and high-speed interconnects. A wide dynamic range of over 120 dB and extremely low trace noise ensure accurate characterization of even highly suppressing components and stable, reproducible results. Features such as fixture removal and de-embedding compensate for the influence of adapters, cables, and test fixtures, enabling accurate determination of the S-parameters of the actual DUT. Integrated tools such as limit line tests with pass/fail evaluation, VSWR measurements, Smith charts, and time domain reflectometry (TDR) accelerate both R&D verification and quality assurance in production.

A guided calibration wizard walks both beginners and experienced users step by step through the calibration process, ensuring that accurate measurement results are achieved quickly and reliably. The modern user interface with high-resolution touchscreen supports smooth typing, dragging, and gesture control—just like you would expect from today's measuring instruments and consumer devices. Standardized SCPI commands, which are compatible with common manufacturers, facilitate integration into existing test environments without the need to completely rewrite automation scripts. Interfaces such as HDMI, LAN, and USB—as well as GPIB for the DNA6000 series—allow external displays to be connected, remote controls to be implemented, and automated test systems to be set up with ease.

High-precision, durable mechanical calibration standards cover different frequency ranges and connector types, ensuring traceability and high repeatability of measurements.
