Description

The compact Hakko FR-811 rework station combines all the functions required for precise SMD rework tasks in a single device. Equipped with a powerful hot air flow and high heating capacity, the station allows repairs to be carried out on PCBs with a high heat capacity. It also offers sufficient air flow and the right volume of hot air to process PCBs with a high packing density. The FR-811 has an intuitive menu that is shown on an easy-to-read LCD display. Parameters can be transferred directly or via USB stick using a USB terminal. This allows uncomplicated monitoring and temperature adjustments in real time.

The lift-off display and the vacuum lift-off function enable users to lift off concealed components easily and safely.

Changing the nozzles and replacing the heating element for different components can be carried out quickly and easily, which makes working with the system extremely efficient.

The FR-410 is the ideal station for desoldering micro soldering pads or for tight component placement, It enables perfect desoldering of components on multilayer PCBs.

Upgraded desoldering nozzles

Safe desoldering, valve function with high suction power. Suction starts 0.2 seconds after the trigger is pressed. The high pressure high pressure built up in this way enables complete desoldering.
