Description

The FR-410 is a station designed for desoldering micro-soldering pads or components on tightly populated circuit boards. Its 140W power allows for perfect desoldering of components on multilayer PCBs. The FX-410 ensures safe desoldering with its high suction force valve function and optimized positioning of the heating element, which keeps the solder in a liquid state until it enters the filter. The station comes with a wide selection of desoldering nozzles that can be easily and securely changed using a special tool or a touchless quick-change system. The FR-410 is a significant improvement in the rework process of circuit boards with high component density, such as flat connectors or micro-soldering pads. Upgraded desoldering nozzles

Safe desoldering, valve function with high suction power. Suction starts 0.2 seconds after the trigger is pressed. The high pressure high pressure built up in this way enables complete desoldering.
Improvement of the heating element. The heating zone for the rear part of the heating element has been extended to ensure that the solder sucked in remains liquid right into the filter and does not cool down en route and clog the nozzle.
ACF (Anti Clogging Function). The pump continues to run for one second after the trigger is released. This This function ensures that the extracted solder is carried into the filter tube.
Reduction of solder clogging due to improved heating core. The additional protective device prevents a drop in temperature of the heating core due to contact with the front holder and reduces clogging of the solder.

Simple heating element replacement
