Prog-Express is a modern, intuitive and free control software for the Batronix USB programming devices. Programming a chip from a file or copying an existing chip is done with a few mouse-clicks thanks to pre-set process steps. Despite the easy to use interface, professional protection, split, auto-identify, auto-start and serial-number functions as well as a convenient hex-editor are available in addition to the basic functions like read, program, compare and erase.

In production mode up to 8 programming devices can be controlled simultaneously and individually allowing for a very high level of productivity. The programming speed for each individual programming device is at almost the same high level as it is when using only a single device.

The software and all updates and further versions are free, and the current version can be downloaded from www.Batronix.com at any time and used without an activation key. Hence the devices are still current even after several years. Support for further chips is added quickly and free of charge based on customer requests, as long as these chips can be supported by the hardware.

Chip Volume Production

Prog-Express contains great volume production capabilities. Certainly this is one reason why Prog-Express is the preinstalled software solution of the powerful Baplexo Gang-Programmers. A Gang-Programmer is currently the easiest and best available volume programming solution due to its "ready out of the box" character, but with Prog-Express it is not necessary the only way to get an effective volume production environment.

Prog-Express supports an awesome feature that we call "clustered programming environment". For reasons of simplification we would like to call it from now simply a programming cluster or just a cluster.

A cluster consists of a host PC and up to eight attached BX32 Batupo, BX32P Barlino, BX40 Bagero or BX48 Batego Batronix USB programming devices. It's on you to choose the used programming devices. The software supports any mix of devices without any restrictions.

Clustering programming devices is a common approach to create a small volume production environment on the fly. Start your first cluster with two or more programming devices and expand the cluster as needed when your production requirements are growing.

Creating a programming cluster is surely an interesting and flexible alternative to the powerful gang programmer solutions like the BX448 Baplexo I or the BX848 Baplexo II.

Chip Tuner

The target audiences of the Chip Tuning extension module are skilled engine tuning specialists of the automotive industry. This module simplifies some of its daily tasks.

It offers a fully automated search for engine maps in the raw data of a memory chip from an engine control unit (ECU). Additionally it features an additional 2D- and 3D-View onto the engine map data.
