The TT-SI 7002 differential probe enables safe and accurate measurements between two voltage points where neither point is referenced to ground.
The probe offers bandwidths of 25 MHz for the division factors 50:1 and 200:1, as well as 15 MHz for 20:1.
The probe is compatible with oscilloscopes of all major manufacturers and is powered exclusively by the supplied 9 V power supply.
