The Siglent SDS5000L series oscilloscopes are high-quality "faceless" storage oscilloscopes with 8 channels. The equipment has a sampling rate of up to 5 GSa/s, a 12-bit A/D converter, a bandwidth of up to 1 GHz, and a memory depth of up to 2.5 Gpts.
The Siglent SDS5038L operating system has been meticulously designed to be user-friendly, while also offering a range of advanced features to enhance convenience for all users. The menu navigation is intuitive and multilingual.
The signal curves, the FFT display and the other functions can be shown simultaneously on an external display. The device can be complimented by an external arbitrary function generator and a 16-channel logic analyser.
Decoders for I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, LIN are already included, CAN FD, FlexRay, I2S, MIL-STD-1553B, SENT, Manchester, ARINC429, USB2.0 can be retrofitted via software licence.

History function can record up to 170,000 frames of waveforms. The recording is executed automatically so that the customer can playback the history waveforms at any time to observe unusual events and quickly locate the area of interest using the cursors or measurements. The failed frames of the Mask Test can be stored as history
