The FX-973 3-port soldering station delivers 400 watts of power and is designed for demanding electronics rework projects. It supports up to nine handpieces, offers a wide temperature range and includes an integrated vacuum pump. Compatible with the FR-4103 and FR-4104 desoldering tools, the FX-973 is a professional, versatile solution for repair, prototyping and series work.

Versatile applications for every area of use

The FX-973 is exceptionally flexible in use, with 400 watts of power covering a range from 50 °C to 500 °C. The new active soldering tips ensure precise temperature control and dynamic power delivery, the best the market currently has to offer. This high performance enables precise work even in demanding rework applications.

The soldering station was designed for use with various soldering and desoldering hand tools. In addition to standard soldering irons, micro soldering irons, high-performance soldering irons, nitrogen soldering irons and various soldering tweezers can also be used with the station. This provides optimum support for both delicate work on sensitive components and the processing of heavy solder joints. Thanks to the integrated vacuum pump and standard delivery with the powerful FR-4103 desoldering gun, desoldering is also no problem.

The FX-973 3-port soldering station was developed specifically for energy-efficient work. An adjustable auto-sleep function and automatic shutdown after a preset time save energy and extend the service life of the soldering tips. The station also comprehensively covers the requirements for N2 shielding gas soldering.

Note: The maximum temperature of 500 °C is only achieved with the FX-9707 and FX-9708 high-performance handpieces.
