Description

The Siglent SDS1004X-E is a very high quality four channel digital storage oscilloscope. It features a real-time sample rate of up to 1 GSa/s and a bandwidth of 200 MHz along with a standard record length of 14 Mpts.

The SDS1000X-E Series Oscilloscopes use a new generation of advanced SPO technology for an excellent signal fidelity and very low background noise. It has a minimum vertical input range starting from 500 µV/div and an innovative trigger system with high sensitivity and low jitter.

This high performance standard not only ensures capturing real-time instantaneous signals, but also observes details of repeated signals. The SDS1000X-E has a refresh rate of up to 100.000 wfms/s, enabling users to capture instantaneous signals, as well as abnormal signals more quickly. It also helps to enhance the waveform capturing ability and to expedite a circuit debug course.

The large TFT color displays are very easy to read. Thanks to an intelligent system for displaying or masking information, the largest possible area is always available for displaying signals. The signal curves, the FFT display, and other functions can be shown simultaneously on the display.

The oscilloscopes of the Siglent SDS1000X-E series have enhanced mathematical functions. Measurements and math functions are processed over the complete memory range, not only in the display memory. In addition the FFT function works with a lot more data points (1 MPts instead of 16 KPts) which makes it more accurate.

Serial Decoder included

With the signal decoder and trigger functions of the Siglent SDS1104X-E serial protocols events can be easily isolated and analysed. The decoded details are shown directly on the waveform with an intuitive, color coded overlay.

Deep Memory (14 Mpts)

The Siglent SDS1104X-E oscilloscope can store up to 14 million measurement points. Simply zoom into a selected part of the captured waveforms to get more details and scroll within the measurement points. The 1 GSa/S, 14 Mpts architecture provides the ability to capture a fast transient or a long acquisition.

Innovative SPO technology

With the "Super-Phosphor" Oscilloscope (SPO) and its multi-level intensity grading display, extensive signal characteristics with a very large number of measurement values can also be displayed completely. A color display option changes the intensity grading into a color temperature display. The more often a waveform appears, the warmer the color is.

Gate and Zoom measurement

Through Gate and Zoom measurement of the Siglent SDS1104X-E, the user can specify an arbitrary interval of waveform data analysis and statistics. This helps avoid measurement errors that can be caused by invalid or extraneous data, greatly enhancing the measurements’ validity and flexibility.

Advanced Math Functions and FFT

The SDS1000X series supports several math operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division), FFT (Fast Fourier transform) operation and math function operation (differential, integral, square root). The measurements and math functions of the Siglent SDS1104X-E are greatly enhanced, they use the complete memory instead of the display memory. In addition the FFT function uses up to 1 million points(SDS1104X-U 128kPts).

Masked Pass/Fail-Tests

One way to verify a waveform's compliance to a particular set of parameters is to use pass/fail testing. A pass/fail defines a region of the oscilloscope's display in which the waveform must remain in order to comply with chosen parameters. Auto measurements with statistics

The Siglent SDS1104X-E measures up to five parameters like rise- and fall-time, amplitude, pulse width, duty cycle and many more simultaneously and shows statistics for every parameter (current, mean, min, max and other values).
