The TESTEC TT-SI 9110 is an active differential probe that enables a conventional oscilloscope to display and measure waveforms in circuits associated with high common-mode voltages. It can safely measure differential voltages up to ±1000 V AC and 1400 V AC/DC and supports bandwidths up to 100 MHz.
