Description

The Rigol VS5042 is a PC based two channel digital storage oscilloscope. The VS5042 offers a real-time sample rate of up to 400 MSa/s and up to 40 MHz of bandwidth.

The Rigol PC-based oscilloscope has powerful functions: Up to 1M memory depth, with Ultrazoom features, it can enable users to observe details while surveying the whole waveform; 7 trigger modes, adjustable trigger sensitivity, USB + LAN interfaces and other traditional functions of RIGOL oscilloscopes. The quality of the Rigol Oscilloscopes is comparable to Agilent and Tektronix oscilloscopes.

Ultrazoom

You can sample up to 1 million measurement points with this oscilloscope. Easily zoom in and scroll within the signal. Survey macroscopically, observe microscopically.

Adjustable Trigger Sensitivity

With the Rigol VS5000 oscilloscopes you have the ability to filter noise from the signal avoids false triggers.

Alternate Trigger

Provides a true dual timebase display.

Slope Trigger

Triggers on the signals rise time or fall time is user defined.

Rising and Falling Edge Trigger

Mainly used to view eye-diagrams normally only available in more advanced DSO’s.

FFT (Fast Fourier Transformation)

The FFT function provides spectrum analysis function for users. Supported FFT windows: Rectangle, Hanning, Hamming, Blackman.
